Nerve sedative to regain balance

Marjoram is found throughout the Mediterranean. Sensitive to frost, it is difficult to grow on the north side of the Mediterranean. The best wines come to us from North Africa, from Egypt in particular, which we think is in the order of things since this plant was dedicated to the goddess Osiris.

Be careful also to the confusion in French, the "Scots marjoram", also called "marjoram from Spain" - in Latin thymus mastichina - has nothing to do with marjoram gardens that concerns us here ...

Dosage

  • External: indications for nerve, 3 drops of essential oil marjoram shells + 5 drops of vegetable oil hazelnut on the arch, the inner wrists, solar plexus, repeating as necessary; all other indications, by local application.

Trick

  • Because the skin also suffers the consequences of stress and causes aging of the skin tissue, you can introduce one drop of essential oil of marjoram in a cleansing milk dose.
  • To rid the mind of black and obsessive thoughts, apply 7 drops of essential oil of marjoram well diluted in regular friction on the solar plexus.
